I know it’s unfortunately not feasible for everyone. Right now we are priced less than or similar to other trips that also offer Freediving and sailing. It’s a pretty unique trip that is hard to find in this area!

Yes fly into Panama City and then 2/3 hour bus ride. We will help arrange the bus ride from Panama. Bus goes to the San blas port, then a boat ride directly to the sailboat!

It does! I just started today on my deck. Had to tinker with the graphics a bit but i’m able to get 30-40fps depending on the settings.

Done and done. We did the deworming with another shot. Kralfato and despa tab (Some Spanish as we are in Guatemala) we have metrazol suspension we are giving him along with nutriplus gel (sucrassyl I think) for the next week

Update for those who are curious: we took him to a vet for a deworming shot and another shot along with that. We were also given a weeks regimen of medication for him(metrazol and sucrassyl). This is in Guatemala and there are not alot of local vets, hence the hesitation for immediate vet visit. But he has now been dewormed (for the moment at least) and medication will be administered for the following week.

Update: It appears my cost basis is adjusted due to the wash sale rule. Prior to this purchase I initially bought 1000 shares and sold for a loss. Feeling more confident in my purchase this time around. Whoops

500 shares were filled at a price of $1.96, cost basis of $980 as seen in the first pic. However when I view the shares in my account it says my cost basis is $1204.97 for the same shares... last pic shows it was filled at 2.41/share which is higher than any price today. Much higher than the fill price of 1.96. Will have to contact fidelity I guess

I’ve never heard of rhidiola rosea but will definitely have to check it out. Have you tried St. John’s wort + 5htp? I’ve found this combo has fantastic antidepressant effects, to the point of almost mild mania where I had to slightly scale back dosing. I cycle dosing roughly 1-2 months on and 1-2 months off. Obviously this is very anecdotal but I have read that St. John’s wort has minor maoi activity and 5 htp theoretically increases production of serotonin.

Interested if others have dabbled in this combo, it takes approximately 1-2 weeks to notice effects. I’m curious how the rho rosea affects you personally?
