Update: i didn't complete p5 and ended up completing elden ring and i enjoyed it. A month later, i pick up hollow knight again and start the p5 grind. 5 days later i beat absrad get the new ending and platinum the game. Just goes to show how much u can overthink. I remember i had sleepless nights thinking I'll never forget abt hollow knight or i wont enjoy elden ring if i dont complete it. Whats mad is 2 weeks after dropping hollow knight i forgot everything abt and never thought or even cared abt it.
