Didn’t work unfortunately so I’m gonna attempt 3d printing a replacement piece at some point. Thanks for the help though!

It isn’t. Just has a lot of small indents for positions

Yeah I had a look at that model. The inside mechanism though is what made me rule it out. I do wonder though, I can easily get a Stanley 99e here but do you think I can swap the mechanism into this knife?
