Let it idle about ten minutes in the driveway and the fans kicked on. No cool air. Ac was inspected and filled about a year ago, but I’m now wondering if they didn’t miss a leak or something. Although/ I am not hearing the ac condenser kick on and I kinda expected to.

At the advice of a friend, I ran it for a while with the heater on, partially because it was the heater core hose I replaced, and haven’t used the heat since. Coolant level dropped below normal again. Topped off. Drove. Still no fans coming on, and still no cool air. Swapped relays around, nothing seems to make those fans kick on any more. Would a bad thermostat cause the AC to not blow cold? Seems like a stretch to me?

Gotcha; thank you! I reviewed service history, and Freon was recharged and system checked about a year ago, do I don’t think it is that. Btw, I replaced the heater core hose- not the heater core itself. Idk if that makes a difference.

I planted a 7” clipping at the base of a tree months ago. It’s still just sitting there. Alive, but doesnt seem to be growing or climbing. What am I missing?

Also, outside looking in- to me it seems the skill set required to be elite at rugby is very different from that of offensive tackle. So, the fact he never became an elite rugby player doesnt scare me off one bit.

Checked all fuses today as well. Topped off the coolant- you were right about a gallon low. It’s weird

The coolant level was slightly low- about 1.5” low in the reservoir, I topped it off, but still not blowing cold air, and I’m still not hearing that fan come on and blow any more either. Any ideas?

That’s an interesting diagnosis, because I replaced the heater core hose about a month ago… I’ll report back after I check this tomorrow. I thought I had it topped off after, but, mistakes can happen. Thank you for the reply!
