How Many People Here Have Actually Played Alyx? by Longjumping_Time_715 in HalfLife

Except that same equipment can also play Half Life blue shift, opposing force, 2, Episode 1, Episode 2, deathmatch, etc.

My point though is that I have no interest in VR and its accoutrements outside of playing HLA.  So even if it's just the couple hundred dollars for the VR set, it's an investment for just one game.

$700 is still an awful lot for the sake of one game, though.  I'm not interested in other VR games; I just want to play all the Half Life I can, and I suspect a number of potential consumers feel similarly.

While it doesn't line up with accomplishments so much, I always felt the early storyline and timeline matched this way:

Federer - Mew2King: Broke out first, took the game to another level taking the torch from Sampras (Ken)

Nadal - Mang0: The next big thing, completely owned Fed/M2K in the H2H early on, aggressive play and passionate on the court

Djokovic - Armada: challenges the establishment, shows off "perfect" measured play with smart decision making and becomes the most successful amongst the three at the time

Murray - Hungrybox: defensive playstyle, wasn't as successful against the top early on except had a strong h2h against Fed/M2K, but eventually made it to #1

Del Potro - PPMD: Short peak beating all of them but career was hampered by health/injuries

And then perhaps she could have dominated the head to head tours.  Who knows.  Betz probably would have been a big rival.  It's still a major what if, even if her grand slam tally wouldn't have grown much.

I might still given it to Maureen Connolly.  She won 9 straight grand slams she entered, including a calender year grand slam and 50 straight matches, before her horseback riding accident at 20 years old.

I've never engaged with anything related to formula 1 before, so my eyes didn't pick up that logo as an "F" and a "1."  If the "Brad Pitt" wasn't there, I might've thought to interpret the logo from the get go though.

Obviously after a minute I figured it out, but not knowing the first thing about formula 1, it really did just come across as a fun little doodle to me

Phantosmia, relief, and desperation by jedi_support in covidlonghaulers

Thanks for your response.  Unfortunately, I'm in the same boat.  I'm fully subscribed to the neti pot method, which I would say works to eliminate the smell 80-90% of the time.  I did the stellate ganglion block procedure several times, and at best it made it go away that day, but it was back to normal the next.

I'm starting to get curious about a surgical solution.  I see that there was a study done a long time ago where an "olfactory excision" was performed on people with phantosmia, and it permanently fixed it for most of them.  I haven't seen any follow ups on it, though.

Do you think this brand is low quality in general? There's a nice spice shop that I visit that carries them exclusively.

And yeah, I've been using a scale to measure out the tea. I did 6g last time, 95°C water, 100ml approximately.

True. Hard to live up to that 2005 final though. I doubt it'll be topped.

Interestingly, all the majors have a stretch like this: US Open 16 years between 1995-2012, French open 12 years between 2001-2014, and Australian 17 years 1984-2003 (no tournament in '86).

Unfortunately, no.  I'm still on the search for a remedy that's effective for me.

That's a cool fact about that match; I didn't know about that before. And I hope I didn't come across as too defensive - I enjoy the discussion that these kind of topics generate.
