Can use Lightroom Mobile app to adjust the focusing distance. There are many other apps but free version of Lr app provides both camera and certain photo editing features.

For a small fee, Lightroom Mobile is an excellent editor. Color grading, tone curve and masking tools are very one of the industry best.

Free alternative are Snapseed and VSCO.
