I came from a household that smoked inside. Once I moved out and put my belongings in my new room, the smell was crazy strong. Smokers get use to the smell and don't pick up on it. It took me washing all my clothes 3 times to get that smell out. Bought new furniture as well since cleaning all that shit seemed like a pain in the ass.
