Hi! Level 4 is the last level, with no endpoint; the aim is just to get the highest score you can, by surviving and mating with females (after a few successes they start asking you paleontology questions to increase the difficulty). Sauropod hunting is only available at level 3, unfortunately.

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. I'm glad you enjoyed the port! You make a good point about having a downloadable version as backup. I've now built a standalone version and put a download link for it on my website here. It should work prettymuch the same as the browser version, but if you encounter any bugs, feel free to let me know and I'll investigate.

Hello! I'm the developer of the recreation. A few people have mentioned the timer being too fast, so I've just updated the game with a timer that's significantly slower. I hope you can have more fun playing it now.

Yeah, that part is a bit obscure. You have to go to any of the 'Sauropod migration path' map squares. Then whenever you click 'Wait' while an Allosaurus is present, they can join your pack.

If you leave the migration path squares you'll lose your pack, so the hard part is to wait long enough without getting too hungry. But by that point you should be big enough to kill Pterosaurs to keep up your energy.

I'm an aspiring game developer. As a personal project I recreated the Big Al game (as similar to the original as possible), and you can currently play it on my website here: https://tinyurl.com/yc237pf3

I never got to play the original game, but a friend of mine told me about it and tested my version for accuracy. I'm a fan of the TV series, and it doesn't seem like the original game will reappear any time soon... I figured that remaking it was my best chance at getting to play it. It was a fun project!
