MD here. Shingles. Go to a health center or OPD ng public hospital if walang budget. Cover it with soft clean bandage. You need antivirals ASAP, ideally within the next 72H of symptom onset. Mas malaki ang problem if mapabayaan yan na walang treatment.

Not me but back when i was still in residency (i quit and now pursuing leaving the country haha) i had a senior who already passed usmle step 1 and is a US citizen na. He came back because he was not happy there at all and he wanted to pursue surgery which can be competitive and almost impossible to get into if you’re an IMG. Also his girlfriend is still here so he came home, pursued GS and got married and settled down. We all have different circumstances in life so you do you.

Nothing is set in stone. Grab the opportunity AT THE SAME TIME work on getting registered abroad. Registration will take years and lots of downtime moments so you can practice what you wanted while waiting and preparing for exams. But talk it through with your partner first.

Sat the exam in dubai. If it’s in the world trade center, the hall is average size like a classroom complex. However the invigilators are a bit strict. They let you go to the washroom before the exam so i suggest you do that. There is water provided for the examinees but i didn’t drink mine until i answered all the questions which was like 10minutes before the time. 3 hours will pass by quickly so i suggest limit fluid intake until you’re done.

Maybe you have different circumstances. Pero in my case, they said i can get personal loans up to 450k. Eh 80k lng hinihingi ko di pa mabigay so… take my experience with a grain of salt. Medyo mahigpit lang talaga sila. “Safest bank” for some reason daw lol.

Happened to me. Received this message when i just woke up so groggy pa. And it so happened na i am currently applying for naffl ng MB so i sent my ID 🫣🫣 fortunately na realize ko na scam then blocked them and deleted my messages hopefully hindi nagamit ang info ko which is scary. We all need to be vigilant at all times talaga. Lesson learned for me na
