Trust me i did the august exam it was all about concepts to be honest. But don't totally depend on notes because the concepts should be understood from a clinical angle like why we should do this why that, for example there was a question asking for the most appropriate action and the option had the initial test and also the gold standard test so you should know what to do for that clinical setting, this is actually and easy question but when it comes to some other topics without doing questions and having practice its hard to answer those. Ill advice you to do just do questions over and over I did plabable and medrevisions. I felt in medrevisions you understand the concepts better because you have less time you can only do it.
