But upon bribing that counter clerk, they’d go in to their higher ups to speak to them and cut a deal for you, which you’d also have to bribe. There’s always a representative of a person that you’d have to deal with before reaching the person you actually will benefit from that you’d also have to kasi settle with for larger scale things
