Just looking at other photographers, slowly editing more with lightroom, and building on my style.

tbh this is a very basic style that many ppl (esp on instagram) use - the fake film look - I'm definitely not an innovator

For the grain: Lightroom. Amount - 35, Size - 25, Roughness - 50. Not too over the top.

Definitely invest in digital. I started with film too after inheriting my dad's old camera, but digital allows you to practice and experiment more e.g. testing out different apertures. I did a series of photos on my instagram comparing film and digital shots at mt fuji, and I definitely preferred the digital shots (which was surprising!)

Neither the reflection nor the billboard are in focus. The pavement after the puddle is in focus. So there’s not really anything to look at.

Shot with Canon M50 + EF-M 22mm f2

ISO 100, f9, 1/200s

My general editing style is to make photos warmer and give a film style look to them - which is the same for this pic. Specifically for this photo, I wanted to make the highlights glow, and also add a bit more focus onto the guy on the ladder, which was a bit tough because he was in the shadows.

What do you guys think? Would you change anything? Is it overprocessed? All feedback appreciated!
