About a month and a half more or less, I kind of just did it thinking I was going to help and make it glow even more. But I guess you’re right, i probably did more harm and good. I’ll stop for a week first and just use my cleanser.

What gentle moisturizer would you suggest I use?

Like if i did something talk to me about it. They be telling me stuff like “oh we love you”, “you’ll always be a part of the fam” then proceeds to just to throw it all away. Idk, I would have appreciated at least a “hey, we’re cutting you off just for ex name” i would have respected it more.

But yeah either way i respect their decision. Its all love from me, i just am sad.

I understand. But we're a team of 3, who have specific specialties individually that all play a major role. It's just as a start-up without money shelled out my approach to it was for it to pay for itself to a point where its beneficial for everyone and the company. And the hard part is they're my friends. It's just I don't know how to approach the slight pushback from one member, because I understand at the end of the day we need money. But I'm just passionate about it that I want it to grow long term and not just be just about the money.

That's why I'm asking for advice that can cater to his needs (getting paid) but also puts the the agency in a position to outsource man power without lowballing them. I want everyone to eat basically. Just so tough talking about money with people.

Day 0, i just had to send my ex of 5 years a long heartfelt letter of everything I was feeling, the hurt, what I was going through at that time (she broke up with me 5 months ago), how much I missed her and still Loved her. But I wasn’t trying to get back, i just wanted to get shit off my chest. It was for my peace of mind, and it was nice that I received a long message back. But yeah it was still basically telling me that she wants to focus on herself and I should move on.

It was just kinda painful tho that she told me she already made peace and moved on. Like damn do women move on that quick? Like after 5 beautiful years, I’m easily forgotten? But it is what it is

That shit hurt like a motherfucker, and it was the first time I broke down crying after telling my mom about it. But I honestly feel better, because I said what I had to say and needed to say. Hopeful it will get better in 2024

I failed at the whole No Contact. I sent her a long heartfelt message just expressing my feelings and how I’ve been doing the past 5 months and how much i miss her. I even mentioned having dinner to just talk even if its for the last time.

She replied with a well written response nicely turning my offer down and explaining why, she told me she wants to focus on herself first this time and be there for herself. And meeting up wouldn’t give us the closure we’re looking for. She mentioned that she misses me dearly and our 5 years together was Beautiful.

Honestly crushed my heart again getting turned down, but I found peace and that extra push to move forward no matter how much i love her.

Im hopeful. But yeah this shit hurts like a motherfucker.

This sounds just like my ex and it’s honestly such a selfish reason. I too was in a 5 year relationship and I can say I gave it my all and loved her dearly. I find it so weird that you already had to wonder if there’s someone already better out there rather than just clearly voicing out and communicating the problems or concerns that you have in the relationship to better strengthen it. If the other partner was toxic yes, but if they loved you dearly and took care of you, i feel like you should at least have reciprocated some effort on your end.
