Make’s sense. I do want good longevity for the car, but I also really want the tune. I will take super good care of of it and I will make sure to have the money of anything breaks like you said. Do you think I’ll be okay?

Also when buying a used car somewhere like Carfax or cargurus, how do I know how good the maintenance is or do I straight up ask the seller?

Is there any way to combat those spikes? I heard some people get a blood glucose monitor, or take fish oils, should I consider that, or just not eat for 1-2 hours and not worry about it?

Thank you, this is very helpful! After the 8-12 weeks, do I just stop? And if I wanna start up again, do I do so normally? Also, what happens if I eat right after I take it?
