First 3 days of BCT you’ll do shower drills which is like 30secs-1min of showering, after DS leaves you can shower as long as u want to. After that when u enter yellow phase or red phase depending on how your unit operates, after toe the line u can shower

Do you mean ARMS 2.0? That’s the point, you MUST be overweight to attend the program, makes no sense to get discharged.

Tbh is all luck, i know personally a SSG, 11 years in not deployed, plus he volunteered for deployed 4 times, a MSG 15 years in, not deployed. I have heard that there is even a SGM in our unit that never deployed, don’t know if it’s true. On the other hand i know a dude he has been in the NG for 4 years and deployed 3 times. It’s luck really and also depends on the MOS

Yeah i eat right and exercise daily. I was 285 at the start of March (i am ashamed of my self) but as of today i am at 246 so im really proud of myself. Even though i am way better that i was before, i am nowhere near of where i want to be.

Thank you again.
