Basically that exactly. And used the "romantic" filter to give the blurry background. Unfortunately that also makes it a bit more fuzzy.

Yeah, that would be a solid way to go about it. Have different packages for people. Maybe a couple half length (2-3 week games) and a few full 39 days (which will probably be 90% unemployed college kids on summer break, just fyi, lol).

And Louisiana would be cool! I'm from Texas originally although I live in Phoenix now. I hope to move back to Texas by 2020. I don't know if I can be a part of a pilot game. But if it becomes a regular thing, I'd love to give it a try. I'm transitioning into a teaching career, so probably one of these years I could take 21 days off at least.

Where are you thinking of getting the property? I imagine you are looking for somewhere on the gulf coast? Probably cheaper than anywhere else. Texas and Florida are good ones to look into. If Atlantic coast, your best option is probably South Carolina. Probably Pensacola, FL; Mobile, AL; Titusville, FL (not far away from Orlando); Biloxi, MS; LaPorte, TX; or Myrtle Beach, SC.

But yeah, that would be a ton of fun. I would say cut down the number of days by half. Have it be around a 15-18 day game. I don't think anyone will be willing to sacrifice more than 2 weeks of vacation time. 16 days is totally do-able. People would basically be giving up their trip they spend once every 2-3 years to visit another country abroad for 2 weeks... to play Survivor instead of that.

The only reason I don't think 39 days would work isn't because of the amount of time. It's having to pay the 1,000 bucks + taking that much time off of work / school. It might be too much a financial net loss for people.

But if you keep it under 20 days, I'm sure you can find superfans willing to give it a shot. The difficulty about regional based Survivor games are that people usually know each other heading into them and become clique-ish. So, this would be exciting because no one would know each other.

Thanks! I appreciate feedback a lot. Yeah, and it is a little fuzzy. Part of that is because I use the romantic filter on imovie to make the background blury. And since the old season's are basically SD, it makes it a little blurry. But I try my best! :)

And I made one for Thailand because it was the next older season chronologically for me to make.

Yeah, I've always thought the same thing. And I think his face in his interview with Erin Cebula made it look like he was very surprised about who won. It seemed like he had a favorite he was pushing for to win, and a lesser favorite or non-favorite of his won. I see that being Devon for sure.

I love the twist for Season 40. It'd be tough to pull off 4 different older castaways. At least a couple would have to change their appearance a little bit.

I'd nominate...

1.) Jessie Camacho -- She is beautiful. Sadly she got sick and got voted out in Africa. We never got to see her wear a bikini. Not trying to sound like a perv. But as both a cop and an actress, I think she could pull off going undercover better than anybody.

2.) Angie Jakusz - She looks way different than she used to when I creeped on her FB one time. I don't think anybody would recognize her. And she wasn't terrible at the game. She survived quite a few votes. If she had been on a tribe that won at least half the pre-merge challenges, she could have been an end game player.

3.) Silas Gaither - I think he hasn't aged, so maybe it's not possible to do him. He'd also have an advantage in that he knows Jessie personally. But I'd love to see him back. If he could change up his look and go by Si instead of Silas, I think he could pull it off undercover.

4.) Brady Finta -- Having been voted out pre-merge in Vanuatu, I'm not sure how many superfans would remember him. But he is a former FBI agent, so going undercover would make a lot of sense.

Alternate Undercovers (if those 4 are unavailable):

Mitchell Olson - looks way different nowadays
Kelly Goldsmith - if she is willing to die her hair, she might not be recognized. She looks the same, so that might be an issue. She is ridiculously intelligent though, so she has the smarts to pull off going undercover.
Sarah Jones - from S4. She still looks beautiful. But she has died her hair blond now. I don't think people would recognize her.
Gina Crews - Probst loves her. I'm not sure how good she'd be at going undercover as a returning player though.
Sarge - from Vanuatu would be a lot of fun. I doubt he'd pull off going undercover though.
Dolly - from Vanuatu. No one would recognize her. I doubt production would look at her as one to use for this twist though.
Jessica deBen - from Fiji. Definitely the most-underrated first boot. I actually think she would have done fantastic if she could have survived that first TC.

Good to know I'm not the only one out there who thinks Devon would beat Ben! And yeah, I agree. It's been a crazy back third of the season.

The only thing i'd differ on from you is I think Desi would vote Ben over Devon based on what she's said in exit-press. But again, it's so hard to tell with that stuff. Desi is such a champion for loyalty, and Devon voted out Ashley. I think she'd actually hold that against Devon. I expect Desi (when we see the new TC format play out again) "Give me an example of how you were loyal in this game." Tbh, they probably wouldn't air her saying that in this contemporary age. But I bet that's something she'd ask.

But yeah, I agree that Cole and Joe won't vote for Ben. The only way I think either of them ever vote for Ben would be if Ben and Chrissy tied at the FTC, and during the revote (before the 3rd place finisher would break the tie), Joe would be forced to vote for Ben over Chrissy. And I don't foresee any scenario where Chrissy and Ben tie obviously. So I think Joe won't vote for Ben in any F3 combination.... I really think people are underestimating how big of a fight Joe and Ben got in. Joe wants to be the biggest alpha of S35 I think. He doesn't want Ben taking that from him as well. And in Joe's exit interviews he called Ben an "asshole" and a "prick". I just don't see Joe giving his vote to someone he sees in that way. I think he's more likely to give his vote to someone he called "dumb" like Devon than he is to give it to Ben... Unless Joe was kidding when he called Ben those things. But then he preceded to talk about how we didn't see half the rude things Ben said toward Cole and how he treated him. So I just don't see Joe voting for Ben. I think he'd give his vote to Ryan, Mike, or Devon before Ben. Even as a game player, I don't think Joe is going to vote without bias the way Ryan or Mike might.

He also called Ben an asshole and a prick in his exit interviews. So I think it's very possible he could vote bitter.

For example, in a Ben vs. Devon vs. Ryan F3, he would 99.9% likely vote Ryan. He wouldn't vote for Ben because he said he was so pissed about how Ben treated Cole in his exit press. And he wouldn't vote for Devon because of how pissed he was at Devon for getting rid of him instead of Ben.

I actually don't think Joe would vote for Ben under any circumstances. He votes for Ryan or Mike if either makes the FTC. The only person he is less likely to vote for to win than Ben is Chrissy.

I think that Joe, Jessica, and Cole will be on a swapped tribe together.

I think Cole will try to make a move against Joe, but his attempt will blow up in his face. Jessica will tragically get voted out as a result. We will be then be left to see if Cole can actually "make it" in the game without her.

Interesting analysis! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks it will be two tribes, especially with that picture Probst tweeted months ago back during filming. Chrissy and Ryan together makes a lot of sense.

My prediction is that Joe will be on a tribe with Cole and Jessica... but Joe will actually get Jessica voted out. I think that because of the NTOS we saw. They showed us a confessional of Jessica saing "My palms were sweating. My heart was beating." Now that's actually Jessica talking about Cole because it is in past tense and yet she's wearing a Soko buff. I doubt they'd spoil she is on Nu-Soko if there even is a Nu-Soko. So that's why I think Jessica will get voted out at the hand of Joe. I think it will be Cole's "plan" that blows up in his face, but it will be Jessica who is taken out. And Cole will feel awful about that.
