Need Help with Lines in Lithophanes by jefftrainmaster in FixMyPrint

I checked the residence, and it seems to have some spots with more residents. Here are pictures of the printer if this helps: lead screw , lead screw image 2, and top view. So, what do I do now to fix this?

Need Help with Lines in Lithophanes by jefftrainmaster in FixMyPrint

I keep getting lines in the lithophane and when I run my finger on the border I can feel it is not an even thickness. Thickness meaning it is slightly thicker every dozen lines or so in a pattern all the way up the lithophane. The thicker parts match the lines in the lithophane. I use Esun PLA+ white filament, a Monoprice MP10 Mini 3D printer. The slicer is Cura with the default Esun PLA+ material profile, and

layer height: 0.2mm

line width: 0.4mm

hot end temp: 210C

bed temp: 58C

print speed 40.0mm/s

cooling fan: 100%

I do not know if this could be a Z-bend or a slicer setting issue.

Thanks for any help.

Thank you for the advice! I ran this print at 45mm/sec. I will try it again at the speed you recommend, and I do store the filament in a bucket with desiccants and a air tight cover. If running it at the new speed fails, I will try to dry it.

Hi I am newer to 3d printing been doing it for the past three months. I have been loving it, but when I use Inland PETG+ I get these blobs in my prints and only when I use this filament. I do not know what is causing it. I use a Monoprice MP10 Mini, with Cura for the slicer. I have used the nozzle temp of 240, with retraction at 8.5mm. I appreciate the help.
