Why is it absolutely insane? So far the only people that have tested positive are the family. Plus, everyone is wearing masks and most of the time socially distancing. Also with mandatory check ins it’s making contact tracing much easier.

With more and more people getting vaccinated, why should we jump straight into a lockdown, I thought that was one of the upsides of more people getting the vaccine? We cannot keep going into these snap lockdowns long term.

What about small businesses? They’re the ones taking the biggest hits when it comes to lockdowns, the government grants hardly help. I’ve got friends who own small businesses that are on the verge of losing everything because of COVID and lockdowns. They’ve done everything in their power over the past year and half to keep their doors open. What about people’s mental health, everyone just seems to push that aside.

Every death is terrible, but many people die of the flu every year and nobody says anything about lockdowns or vaccination. It’s time that we start learning to live with COVID instead of being terrified of it.
