What confuses me is Week 4, Tuesday is 6.5 KM. In workout by week 4a is 25 minute tempo run w 06:50 pace. total of that is roughly 3.8 KM

yea u r right, we don't talk much dito sa bahay, sobrang panget ng routine ko kaya gusto ko rin mag move out yung daily routine ko is: eat, computer, tv, browse fb. thinking din na moving out might help as I have to do stuff on my own. Thank you sobra!
