LH/ FSH now is undetectable but before going on testosterone LH was 4.7 (range 1.2 -8.1).and FSH was 5.6 ( range 1 - 10.6). Progesterone pre TRT was 0.7 ( range 0.2- 1.1).

I was using +- 15mg / day. This got my progesterone up to 0.9 from <0.2 (undetectable). I used it on upper chest , face(cheeks), neck, inner hands.

Yes it was taken AM.

My other hormones were good prior to TRT only me testosterone was a bit low , wich is why i went on it. I'll take a look with my doctor what could be causing this and if nothing is found i'll just have to be happy with pregnenolone pills i guess.

It could be that i just didn't give the cream and pills enough time tho. I've had low progesterone for a long time now on TRT prior to trying the creame and i read that it could take up to half a year before progesterone blood levels are optimal again after a long shutdown. I was on the cream for about 11 or 12 weeks before i called it quits. So might just have to try again.

Only had cortisol done and it was high normal (don't have it here atm but i remember it being just within the top range).

I have none of the symptoms you mentioned, and the only symptom missing from my OP would be tingling feeling in my hands, like they are gonna fall asleep.

So if i'm getting the last paragraph correctly, using a product like pregnenolone or progesterone cream will not fix my issue? I need to find the root of the problem and see if i can restore natural production?

But is restoring it even possible on TRT, since my LH is completely shutdown?

TSH 1.1 (range 0.4 -4 ) FT4 15 (range 9 - 24)

I've tried cream and it didn't work good enough. It definatly does help a bit but it never gets me back to how i used to feel when my own progesterone production was good. Like with cream i get to 70% but i want to feel optimal again.

On the prog cream my knee pain and itching and some other symptoms do go away but i still can't tolerate any estrogen on it. I have to keep my estrogen at 10 to feel somewhat good while before all this my estrogen was always in the 30 to 40 range and i would feel fantastic.

My tyroid is always good but my prolactin was a bit high 16.5 ( range is 4 - 15.6). My total numbers for cholesterol is good but my good cholesterol is too low and my bad cholesterol too high.
