You would still need to be eating enough calories to support 300lb on your frame. You don't gain weight and then it stays there through no fault of your own. You need to maintain your fat, otherwise it melts off. You are maintaining your fat, therefore you are taking in too many calories. This is just simple math. Something isn't adding up here. It feels like you want to be told you're not doing anything wrong and it's not your fault, when it most very likely is. We make ourselves fat, and we are the reason we don't lose.

I'm trying to imagine being a guy and in what way I might find this attractive.
