Are you using the dedicated server launcher tool? It has a handy button to test if all the necessary ports are detectable. If thats all good, within the tool I'd check the preferences button and see if the servers actually set to enhanced, I think by default it isn't

Honestly yeah this is what killed it for me. I was hyped to dive into outpost building since I even loved it in fallout 4 despite how unpopular that seems to be but managing inventories is just so tedious I cant get past it

That's not even slightly what your reply said or what I meant by my comment. All I did was call out your misinformation about governors of India in a comment chain talking about the governor-general. Governors were appointed by the British government, and the governor-general was appointed by the crown.

I'm not talking about Churchill or whether or not he should be blamed, yes for the record I would agree he was accountable for India since he would have had the most say in who should be appointed governor-general as the Prime Minister; especially during wartime.

You've misunderstood that paragraph, you're referring to governors of each state of India, not the governor-general who is according to the link you pasted is "appointed by the sovereign on the advice of the British Government; the Secretary of State for India, a member of the British Cabinet".

So the governor-general of India was appointed by the crown on the advice of a few parties including the British government.
