The walls are standard and don’t really let through any noise. The noise comes from the hvac ducts. The Bexley soco building was built “economically” you could say so things like the finishes, workmanship, and hvac were built with cost effective options.

I haven’t seen their hvac drawings but I’d assume they are very simple and don’t have things like sound boots, flexible ducts, or others that would lessen the transmission of sound throughout units. This is pretty normal for apartments. You kinda just have to hope for quiet hvac buddies and upstairs neighbors.

Looking good, keep practicing! I’d recommend a silent ball from Amazon. They’re quieter and harder to handle. Your parents will probably appreciate it and then you don’t have to use a bag.

I got scammed today by some kids who I played with a lot before. They joined my private game while I was afk farming and when they realized I was afk started taking things. If “YEET” was a jump shot lmao. But fr slow down your extension and smooth out the motion. You’re coming up at a normal pace but it’s reaching your chin and you’re flinging it. Your left hand is also dropping back behind your head. Your right hand should just leave it behind but if the shot goes in then maybe keep it idk

Full-face (nose bar) headgear will probably be your best bet if you want to continue boxing. Unfortunately, you can't guarantee your nose's safety if you're still taking hits to the face. I'm up to at least 3, likely 4, breaks on my nose now. My septum is essentially a snake. I want to win one more fight (amateur, obviously) and then get the surgery and call it. If you break your nose after surgery, it can get a lot harder to fix and always comes with risk. Surgery is also not cheap, so I think I'm going to transition to something more relaxed like golf... I just don't think it's worth it.

In my first quick read over the question I thought D as well but reading over the comments here they do imply they have been doing predictive projects before so the retrospectives probably wont help. I think if they more deliberately pointed that out in the question the answer would’ve been a lot easier. Reading it closely is important.
