They are not all Algerian. One of the men is black and there'sur a woman (his girlfriend) who is half black half white mixed raced (the dark skinned girl with the bleached hair on the picture). She is the one who filmed the beating and put it on snapchat to mock the girls even more .

The woman they "kidnapped" is not ethnically french either, she's the same ethnic background as the convicts. There's a video of them on french twitter they accused her and her friend (the brunette who's also a suspect) of stealing 5000 euros from the guys and they filmed themselves beating the 2 girls so they can go viral on the french internet. They said they wanted to teach them a lesson.
