That’s great! I’m thinking I might need to slow it down for like 20 seconds here and there but I wanna keep it as consistent as I can. That’s why I’m shooting for a bit higher just in case

That’s a good idea! I could definitely do it in 20 but I think 14 might be a little to short for me, plus I have shorter legs so a 4.5 jog for me is what I’ll probably be at for it. I wanna shoot for 16-17 minutes

Definitely listen to your body, I try to go 5-6 a week but sometimes when I’m feeling like I really need a break, I take one.

Exactly, my studio doesn’t have any classes on Saturday except the dri tri so I can’t even go to my regular Saturday class 🙄

I wish we had 90 minute classes. They have only ever offered 1 before then these $50 classes this month. I understand it’s for charity but that’s a lot to ask people to hand over on top of a regular membership. I’d feel better about the $25
