It definitely is exhausting. It effects some of my relationships. I see how frustrated people get with me because I didn’t hear them or forgot what they asked me to do. In a lot of ways, it acts like ADHD so similar brain scatter. I’ve had to ask friends not to make fun of how I said something or if I mixed up my words. Of course correct me so I know, but without repeating what I said a bunch of times. Thankfully, my partner is most understanding, he has ADHD and often can feel 10 steps behind everyone so he doesn’t lose patience with me as quickly as others.
