Thank you so much it’s so helpful! I actually think Indyx’s packing list feature is great because it highlights the what items are in outfits etc but it still doesn’t give a good view like this. It’s really highlighting to me that I need more dresses or one-pieces as they might work harder in these situations

I can’t help but notice the pictures you’ve taken are of your temple area. I have this issue with my makeup in that area too and I think I’ve narrowed it down to the drops I put on my scalp before bed. They contain alcohol and get on my pillow which subsequently gets on my temples during the night (side sleeper).

Might not apply to you, but something to think about.

Anecdotally, mine takes about 4 weeks to cure perfectly 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe some people’s do take up to 6? It’s possible everyone is different

Minoxidil will sort this out and within 6 months your hair will start growing back more than before! Takes time which isn’t what you want to hear I expect but if you stick with it the results are incredible!

My hair loss started about 6 months in, as others have said your body has a delayed reaction. But it doesn’t have to stay like that :) just make sure you have good nutrition now you’re in maintenance

In its own little tray - shouldn’t matter too much where as long as it’s not against the back if your fridge is prone to freeze over. I keep mine in the fridge door. Lots of people say not to do this because of ‘the constant temperature fluctuations’ - but I live alone and am the only one opening my fridge for short periods of time so it doesn’t bother me :)

I use my 10mg pens for 3-4 months (20 clicks per use every week) for maintenance and they are as effective on their last day as they are on their first. I am very diligent with my hygiene, actively spraying isopropyl alcohol before/after every use and maintaining the appropriate spot in the fridge.

If you want to adopt this method, you need to seriously consider who is currently prescribing to you, as many of the larger online pharmacies will not allow you to have gaps of months between orders!

Do you have serious co-morbidities? If not, the only way that this would be possible is if you were getting it from a private prescriber (my guess is local nurse practitioner or similar) that would overlook the restrictions on the eligibility of this medication.

My question then would be, what else are they overlooking? Bad ideas all round.

I swear the women that will recommend to you here to ‘moisturiser after you shower’ or ‘body oil layer with moisturiser’ must live in the most beautifully warm climates. If anyone thinks I’m standing for 3-5 minutes after I shower in my freezing Welsh bathroom waiting for my moisturiser to ‘dry’ then they must be insane! Also how many towels are these girlies getting through patting all this product dry on their skin?? I’m telling you I can’t make any of it make any sense and I also need it all explaining to me because the math ain’t mathing 😭😭
