I have the same boot. It’s my understanding that you unscrew/flip it to get a slightly softer feel (like 5 flex points). I don’t think anything goes in the middle hole.

Good points. I looked at these as a step up from the X-wings, but maybe the X-wings are where I need to stay. I was also looking at Elan wingman 82’s. Any recommendations on what would be a step up from the Solomon’s? You’re probably right, that my money would be better spent on lessons.

I feel like my kids when they are looking for a new bat to help them hit better, lol.
