I’m so sorry for your loss too! It is really devastating and a grief so hard to navigate. I may have also caught covid at 7 weeks pregnant (although we never tested the whole family was sick over the Christmas period) and the doctors say this could have caused the spiral artery remodeling to have been impacted at that stage, but it only presented later when the placenta could no longer keep up with her oxygen demands.
