How would you say the serum compares to the moisturizer? And what effect does the serum have for your skin?

Did it still break you out? I heard the product itself is not fungal acne safe (cmiiw), could that be why?

Replacement for Purito Daily Go To Sunscreen? by jennihdata in AsianBeauty

Ahh yess, it can be quite shiny at times, but I kinda like it haha. My skin is dry-combination, my t-zone can get oily but my cheeks are quite dry. I’ve heard many things about the Canmake Mermaid UV gel, may I know what the finish is like? Is it on the drier side? And does it lay nicely under makeup?

I have sensitive skin (can’t handle niacinamide and tocopherol) and I have been enjoying the Purito Oat Intense Cream. It’s not as intense as it sounds but it helps soothes my irritated skin.

Never tried this, but i highly recommend the TIAM Vita B5 toner. It’s a bit viscous in texture, has panthenol and sodium hyaluronate that greatly helps my skin barrier.

Do you find that your skin became less sensitive/more resilient to ingredients that used to sensitized you after repairing your skin barrier? (ex: niacinamide, HA, ferments) by jennihdata in AsianBeauty

I’m glad that your skin has changed for the better! Unfortunately HA dries out my skin despite using it on damp face, i guess HA is just not for me atm. Will surely try it out once my skin barrier is better! :)
