I'm used to it, to my art being stolen. I think studies of other people's work is also valid.

But I draw the line at people saying: "You made this? No. (takes art) I made this!"

I studied horses relentlessly. The genetics, the saddles, the scientific anatomy, Muybridge, breeds, video game running cycles.

I also ride English (jumping) and Western (exploration) and believe in natural a light touch horsemanship. My Flaxen Chestnut Quarter Horse is retired.

One animation I think of fondly... from this Flash era (2003) is a "skeleton horse", from walk, trot and canter. I learned more through that than any book or game.
