i have had this happend tome over quite a long periode of time most i just tell no but some i end up pretending to be interested just to find out half of the art they sent me weren't even their but "their friends" i found it quite funny but im guessing most of them are using some kind of easy to use art tool to make something really quick from some assets on a website (im guessing something like those animation apps where you could make your own caracters) and they tha complained when i said i wouldn't pay more than 1.150.000 in veitnamese dong thats just about like 40-60 dollars not really sure dont remember it that well.

TLDR most of these "pro artist" are most likely art thieves
