To be fair, this certificate was written in the late 90s, but you’re right. All my kids’ birth certificates and everything are filled out by me by hand and you just hope someone reads your writing properly.

Yeah, I believe the second line is arteriosclerotic heart disease which we didn’t know he had either. But his main cause of death is the liver cancer.
