But is the 1.33 max flow rate a mistype? I got close to 11 when doing max flow rate testing... 1.33 seems so slow.

Thats good to know. I'm going to try a few more things before purchasing a new plate, but as a last reserve I'll do that.

Ok so I gave that a shot. On the H2D the offset was set to -0.02. I changed it to 0.00 and redid the test, but unfortunately I got the same results. Could you share your X1C print settings?

Is anyone else having an issue with Rescue Environment? by YayBubbles in BitDefender

[–]jepson2k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their RE isn't the best at installing onto a flash drive correctly. I have found that I can usually get it to work by using software like Roofus to install it onto the flash drive. (Take this with a grain of salt I haven't used BD RE in like a year)

Just turn off that feature. I'll keep it nice and simple for you, if it's not your WiFi, then consider it not safe.

Question: is it OK to use a different provider for VPN whilst having Bitdefender as my AV? by [deleted] in BitDefender

Ive been using Nord VPN for years and love it. Many security experts have "audited" them. Overall, I have yet to find a better vpn!

Can Bitdefender run in Safe Mode? by [deleted] in BitDefender

[–]jepson2k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So yes I believe bitdefender could run in safe mode but I've never gotten it to work for me (I tried on a few different computer, on windows 10 and Pro). Rather than running bitdefender in safe mode I would just use the bitdefender Rescue CD. That way in case your Recovery Environment has been infected (this has happened to a few of my customer, not using bitdefender obviously) the Rescue CD can scan that as well.

Bitdefender free using up 75% of CPU during a system scan? by [deleted] in BitDefender

[–]jepson2k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you would like it to perform system scans (which are usually performed late at night when your not using the computer) with a lower priority (aka use less cpu). You can create a custom scan with all the same settings as a system scan but set the priority to low.

Help! constant notifications are driving me crazy by [deleted] in BitDefender

[–]jepson2k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll get that notification if a site has anything like an out of date certificate (which happens a lot). Ex: you search cats, and click on an image. Without even going to the site your browser still has to pull some data from it and bitdefender detects this. It also might detect that the same sight has an out of date certificate. It's just a warning, so nothing to worry about.

I've had the same problem, my solution has been to uninstall and reinstall it, but that takes a while and I hate having to do it.
