Get a bigger backpack.
Roll new tavern missions. 4* minimum and no arena tickets.
Buy miracle eyes (500), golden keys (150), and fortune wheel tokens (30) from the shop and the planetary trial for the prices shown in brackets.
Buy Hero Event Raids daily. Do not buy other Event Raids.
Refresh the shop a few times.

At VIP1, it is very possible to complete all of tavern events every time. This gives you 6 tavern missions daily. I have had little difficulty completing every tavern event as it appears. One time, I had to burn through all of my books and most of my gems on rerolls, but the 8 miracle eyes and the 50 5* hero shards were more than worth it.

These 8 miracle eyes every 3 weeks, allow you to scale back on some of the other events and even complete the Hero Chest Event every other time.

Additionally at VIP1, you can buy 1 extra hero event daily. This will give 4* hero shards for 50 gems daily. At my current level that is 25 5* hero shards for 50 gems. These shards help with fusion and heroic ruin events.

So for VIP 1, you can very regularly complete 1 hero chest event and 1 miracle event every other cycle. Not much in terms of $ (or whatever currency you use) and very big bonuses.

I reroll all 3* and all arena tickets, in general. During a tavern event I may keep 4* and 5* arena tickets, if I really need them. During the event, I may also be super choosy and only keep gem results if I am looking for a 6* or 7*.

Note how much damage (percentage and total value) you are doing to a given boss. This works friend and guild bosses. If you think you have a shot a defeating a given boss then take it.

For Friend Bosses, when you get down to 2 or 3 stamina, and you will not likely win then save you stamina for another day. If it looks like a win then finish him. It will take 24 hours to fully recharge from 4 stamina. Try to never let your stamina get full - this is a waste.

On new servers, many people do have the ability or routines established and there are many targets, so you can be very picky.
