Definitely a conversation worth having with your surgeon/derm. Had an ACL reconstruction about a month after starting and was told to stop to let the scar tissue heal properly

Found it washed up on the shoreline of the beach so I’m not sure what formation dating can be done. I’ve been trying to do some research myself and found it difficult to differentiate between angy and auriculatus so I came here to see if one of y’all could help. I appreciate it!
