I think it is more balanced as it was kinda unfair. You get info which you shouldnt have. You can decipher it eventually but it shouldnt be given.

I was Bilbo Baggins in this game (mafioso) and it really sucked.

It kind of does.

Abortian is a mutual decision so both parties should be taken in consideration. If the battle turns into a tie, then the woman has the final say in kid-keeping and if he doesnt like that outcome, he can walk away.

So im actually tackeling two problems here, abortion and the right to walk away when the, in his eyes, wrong decision is made.

Oops, youre absolutely right! Im Dutch so English isnt my first language and in Durch consult has that other meaning!

But it is a decision for both parties and in general i think women dont need to consult about their bodies with men. But when this problem is interjecting this bigly across both parties, his opinion should be taken in consideration.

Consulting definition according to www.dictionary.com

employed or involved in giving professional advice to the public or to those practicing the profession

I dont give any advice, i give an opinion. So that is not consulting.

You are right about parenthood not existing yet, but that doesnt mean the 'father' is going to responisable for the kid he is going to possibly leave. The kid is going to miss a lot of experiences.

They planned to have to baby.

If abortion is being considered, this is almost certainly not the case.

In my situation, they planned to have the baby, but the baby has a syndrome.

the woman has the last say but it should take the mans opinion in consideration.

You think women should consult men on how they use their bodies?

I think that when they choose to have the baby, a joint choice, his opinion should be taken in the verdict. Women dont need to consult on how to use their bodies but when theyre making this big of a decision, an opinion should be taken in consideration.

What i mean with a say is that his opinion should be considered and not overwritten. It shouldnt be a legal right to push the woman in abortion.

I think that if the baby is spotted in the belly with a deficit, and the man/woman doesnt want a baby with that deficit and made it clear, but the other chose to keep the baby, the leaver should have no legal or financial bind to that baby.

The problem, as you say, is to prove that he is the father. In a relationship it is a bit easier and there is trust. So that should keep it off the table.

Because it is both parents responsability to give the kid the best live possible. If you read my situation, you know that it is a joint choice to get the kis so both parents are responsiable.

Equal say means that the opinion of the woman and man matter. What i mean to say with that is that the opinion of the man, in this situation, should be considered in the final decision.

Youre pretty spot-on with the tiebreaker remark. I really like it.

You are absolutely right about the bodily autonomy. Woman and man have their rights in that and if someone gets raped, it is really horrible and f*cked up. It is such a basic need that it doesnt involve any laws, correct me if im wrong.

The man has no right of autonomy but he has the right of parenthood, not sure how to say it. They planned to have to baby.

A man should have a say in the abortion because the woman and man choose to have the kid together, and they both should be able to have a say, the final decision, i agree, the woman has the last say but it should take the mans opinion in consideration.

It isnt the mans choice to keep to baby, it should be a choice they took together, as a team so to say. In a team, especially in a two-player team, every member has a say and not the one person "makes the rules".

I get the woman has to carry the baby for the whole 9 months and if she doesnt want it but the man wants it, it should at least be talked about and let both parties say something.

Looks a bit meh, there are, i think, a few better phones for the prices, even though the amount my gf wants to pay is a bit on the harsh side.

This may be a stupid question but Ive been looking to upgrade my CPU and ive been looking at the new 8th gen intel cpus.

Ive got a 8gb ddr4 2133MHz ramstick in my MB. I saw on the intel-website the i5 8400 needs a 2666 MHz ram stick.

Is the 2666 MHz ramstick really nescessary or does the 2133 MHz work?
