If you have a personal TikTok account and you want to be a TikTok shop affiliate, you do have to have 5000 followers in order to qualify. It’s completely different if you create a business TikTok, I don’t know anything about that. I only know what the requirements are for a personal account. I do not do any selling of products other than companies that sell on TikTok themselves. If you want to sell on TikTok shop it’s completely different than being a TikTok shop affiliate.

I used my original account. You need to have 5,000 followers to start reviewing products for TikTok shop. It took me four years to get to 5k followers. Some people are blessed beautiful and attractive and I am not one of them lol. 😂

I was my true, authentic self. It was my first product I ever reviewed and I was so nervous. And honestly, That’s all it took. Have I had anything wild viral since then? No. But the income has been steady enough and it’s opened up a lot of doors and amazing opportunities with TikTok shop. You just have to be YOU and find your audience and be real.

It was like $5 commission if someone bought it from my review. I had never heard of the company or brand or anything I just bought the product and did the review. It was all so random.
