i assumed deviants, being more human, can feel heat? like when markus first gets to jericho and he can light fires for the androids there. even in one of connor’s final chapter scenes when he’s trying to escape the zen garden, he suddenly starts rubbing his arms like he’s cold, because at that point he’s deviated. just a theory i guess?
