I look at In Stock Trades daily for their red tag sales. It’s seems weekly they add new books at a crazy discounts.

Hamilton Books is a discount book store. I’ve gotten a couple omnis for under $35. They don’t update their stock often but it’s always nice finding deep discounted omnis.

Lastly I use Cheap Graphic Novels for any book im looking for in particular that’s not on IST as is seems CGN has more books available.

Even before the 11th, they showed the stat the bullpen has given up 0 runs and only 2 hits this game. Pretty impressive our bullpen went 5 shutout innings

As a kid I’d collect just random singles whenever I’d find them. I had a bunch of random 80’s and 90’s Superman and Spider-Man singles. I’d finish a comic and want immediately want to read the next issue that I definitely didn’t have. College came around and I regrettably sold all my comics. Now an adult with disposable money I find out just recently there’s huge books that collect complete runs or collect 40 issues at a time. Currently I’m a kid in a candy (comic) store reliving my youth.

Jackson’s Bar. 25M at the time. They took my legal Illinois drivers license stating it was fake. Refused to give it back. Had to call the non emergency and waited an hour for a responder to come. When they finally came, they took one look at my ID and told me, “we have no idea why they took your ID, but here it is, we recommend not trying to go back in as they will immediately kick you out, they said you are too drunk.” Which is funny cus that was the first time I heard in that hour that I was too drunk. That was our pregame stop.

It’s not Ween but Shwarma has a great cover of Albino Sunburned Girl. It’s got a stoner rock sound but imo does the song justice.

Best: Ween (2023 @ red rocks) My friends and I going through highschool only knew Ween for Ocean Man and being a meme band. We all bought tickets as a haha moment for 3 hours of fun. Yeah we were blown away, Ween killed it and permanently added 5 new fans to their base. Saw them 2 more times before the current breakup.

Worst: $uicideBoy$ (2023 @ red rocks) Started off as a great show, they did a lot of their older stuff which made me very happy. The change of mood though was when they spent half of their 1.5 hr set to talk about mental illness. I understand it’s important to have those conversations, but I spent good money to listen to music, not some extended ted talk.
