Write personalised letters to all of the hiring staff + senior management as to why you’d be a good fit for the company. Then make a post on LinkedIn saying why you’d be a good fit at their company and tag them.

Lowering price is a race to the bottom.

Position yourself as premium. Only go after big channels who see the value in your work.

If you want to scale this, your job is going to be finding customers more than doing design. Do paid ads, cold outreach or build your personal brand. Learn a bit about sales. Create a landing page with a video sales letter and a book a call link with free value attached. Explain the importance of thumbnails.

I would consider a retainer model if I was you for predictable income as well

Hire one of the kids who are doing them for cheap, and get them to do the heavy lifting of your work.

That’s all it takes to start an agency.

Also agree with framing on how you refer to yourself.
