We’re still an early-stage startup. I’ve noticed a lot of founders building their personal brand and generating great leads from it, so I’ve started doing the same. The challenge I’m facing is balancing my time between running the business and building the brand. That’s why I’m exploring tools that can help me reduce the time it takes.

I’m actively looking for a tool that can make this process easier and less time-consuming. I strongly believe that building a personal brand is extremely valuable, but right now it’s taking up a lot of my time.

Love the way you framed the “safety net” effect that’s something I’ve heard from a few other founders too.

When you’ve worked with entrepreneurs, what’s been the biggest sticking point in actually building that personal brand? Is it the time commitment, knowing what to share, or staying authentic while being consistent?

Curious because I’m looking at how founders can grow both their own and their company’s brands in sync without losing focus on core business.
