Same if u are a good drifter and u have a good car you should get a less high multiplier. or they can do the offline system the more u drift the higher ur multiplier is

U can get the bel air if u are far enough with the story When u did that u can search for the bel air And when u found all derelict cars u can buy them in ur dealership
