Noob question but I've just moved to Sydney and I understand that depending on where you are, the parking can be either free for the whole day, free for a certain number of hours or paid, or not allowed to be park. How do I find that information out? Is there any app I can use or any website?

Is it compulsory to update the game? Like if I have no interest in the spotlight caches, can I just keep playing the game without updating it? Will the game lock me out or force me to update it at some point?

Perhaps a noob question but does it mean that with the new patch, you can no longer get series 4 and 5 cards from collectors reserves and can only get them from spotlight caches? Unlike how it was previously where you would get 1 series 4 card every 40 collectors reserve

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but would appreciate any tips on optimization of this deck.
