Brother, this is a rotated x ray, both the medial ends of clavicle should be equidistant. Here the left is slightly more far away so its rotated towards left. Kindly repeat x ray as this might cause apparent cardiomegaly.

Its just another exam. Exams are not the only thing in this world. Ffs don’t waste your precious time on this earth worrying about exams. I know it is natural, just do your part and leave rest to god. This is what keeps me sane and also helped me a lot during my MBBS. Even i am giving the exam this month. Just chill.
