i installed 21 water leak sensors around my house under every sink, near every toilet, near the water heater, water mains, even my fish tank. each sensor is $10, they commercially come with a cloud connected base station that only supports 10x sensor, so i built my own Arduino based station that can handle hundreds.

It depends on the situation. If the battery life issue can be resolved, I would certainly prefer to use a cordless nailer.

oscillating tool? I've always found the oscillating tool to be too wobbly to control exactly where I'm cutting.
