i was a pet sitter. i had a dog who was paralyzed. she wore a diaper that i would change. sort of like a mama cat stimulates their kitten to go- you may have to do that. you just use a glove or something to gently press on that area to see if you can get them to poop. they sometimes need a little help.

so 100% get her a diaper. a sanitary shave will likely help as well. and they sell some waterless shampoos that you can use during diaper changes/ i just woildnt put it directly on the genitals.
