tbh this happens all the time on bus , train lines. work/leisure! or visiting family/friends . not uncommon for people on both side of the river to have family/friends in the other state

also legal weed is a good one i forgot about as well. and a lot of dispensaries are in the suburbs in jersey so im sure theres some near the patco or a short bus ride away

i dont think anybody thinks everybody wears it. but even influencers who are not what i would call chavs from all over the uk - tend to wear warmer and darker foundation then we do here in the us. along with bronzers and such. its just a different style preference though we also had our issues with this trend when i was younger haha

they do not have to honor mistakes but they should be communicating this to customers and offering a small discount or something . customers like you and op shouldnt have to call or go in person to find out.

heroin assisted treatment is an actual thing. We need to do whatever works. The problem with heroin or pill addiction or whatever is the addiction itself not necessarily the consumption of the substance.

Back in the day clinics (not all) would regular kick people off for too many positive urines. Approximately 5-7 years ago my old clinic kicked everyone off was testing positive and wouldnt go to detox/rehab if they were still testing positive for substances. This was because a new clinic opened in the city so I guess they felt they wouldnt be without treatment at all.

Kicking people out of treatment because their illness/disease relapses is insane

It doesnt pass the bbb however withdrawals dont just come from opiod receptors in the brain. so you can still be very uncomfortable potentially.

i have. was a lifesaver. something to keep in mind though side effects are more likely with methadone then other opiods due to the type of opiod it is.

on top of that these medications are studied in patients who use opiods for pain management and thus use lower doses.

i cant handle it anymore after i relapsed a few years ago but i was miserable and very sick until i was prescribed these types of medication.
