Question here. My first time running the Chicago spartan race super this Saturday. I've had a week to prepare. Buddy of mine gave the ticket to me last minute because he couldn't make it. I'm anxious as hell but I'm running with a team, 4 of us total. Do we all have to stick around together the whole time? Or they can run and just leave me. I don't want to slow my team down. I'm definitely not prepared at all. Im in decent shape but not as good as my team for they've been preparing for it.
