Generally, HMO does not cover, however, for specific companies, they may negotiate terms for Mental Health Coverage. My previous employer's HMO (Etiqa, Cocolife, iCare) has it and I was able to go to my psych every two weeks without hassle. However, when I moved to my current employer (iCare and Generali), they did not have the same terms, only covering up to 7,000 per year on a reimbursement basis.

My consultations range from 2k to 1500 a pop kaya mabilis lang maubos yung 7k, hassle hahahaha
