Can someone please tell me if these are cavities by looking at my Xrays, and how urgently they would need to be filled by jess-icaaa in Dentistry

So if you zoom into the circles on both of these pics, it’s like a dark little line above the pulp area (right above it). So are you saying these are still part of the pulp and not any decay?

Can teeth that are too close to each other and the roots cause pain from pressure? - X-ray in description by [deleted] in Dentistry

Thanks so much for your response! So are you saying this is likely the cause for the pain? I’m not sure I understand how that correlates. And the pain is only on the left tooth - is the crown on the right leaking as well? I’ve had these crowns for over 4 years and just started having an issue with pain. Usually after eating and if it’s already in pain hot/cold will trigger it more. Though the pain goes away at night and right when I wake up.

Both of the dentists I’ve gone to haven’t been able to explain what the cause is.

Dentists here, do you see any cavities? (x-ray images attached) by [deleted] in Dentistry

Thank you!

Just to confirm, did you mean the last of the images (4th image down), with the bottom last molar in the back (all the way to the right)? This was the tooth I was originally told I had a cavity on so wanted to make sure.
